Our flower is federally defined as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, meaning it contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. While it may look and smell like marijuana, compliant hemp is legally distinct. Because laws vary by state, some products may not be available in every location.
About THC Levels
