RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RiverBluff Collective strives to provide high quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of hemp derived cannabinoid products and applicable regulations, our return policy differs slightly for in-store and online purchases. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return.
General Policy (All Purchases)
Because many of our products are consumable, perishable, or regulated, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.
We will gladly make things right if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your product is missing from your order
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the criteria outlined below.
In-store Purchases
Unopened, unused non‑consumable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.
Consumable products (including but not limited to gummies, beverages, tinctures, flower, vapes, or other ingestible/smokable items) are final sale once they leave the store, unless they are defective.
If a product is defective or malfunctioning:
- Bring the item and your receipt back to the store within 7 days of purchase
- Include original packaging when possible
- Our staff will assess the issue and may offer an exchange or store credit
- Half gram Flurish Disposables are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges once you’ve left RiverBluff property.
Card refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Online Purchases (Shipped Orders)
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at riverbluff@riverbluffcannabis.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Do not discard damaged items until instructed, as we may require verification.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, OR
- Issue a refund or store credit if replacement is unavailable
Lost Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. However, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
Returns by Mail
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Returned items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or sent in error:
- Opened consumable products
- Used vaporizers or cartridges
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or final sale items‑sale items
- Gift cards
- Glass products of any kind
- Batteries, chargers, or other electronic accessories
- Other non-cannabis merchandise
- Products prohibited from return by law
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for most products. If eligible, you may return the original item and place a new order.
Store Credit
Store credit may be issued at our discretion in situations where a refund is not appropriate.
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be transferred
- Does not expire unless required by law

Policy Updates
RiverBluff Collective reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
